Libra09UINJ is an integrated micro-focus ray tube completely independently developed and designed by Yirui. The maximum voltage is 90kV and the focus size is constantly 5μm/10μm. It is mainly suitable for electronic industry inspection, such as four-plane packaging, 3C battery inspection, BGA packaging, LED and PCB inspection, etc
