Libra13UINE is an all-in-one micro-focus ray tube completely independently developed and designed by Yirui. The maximum voltage is 130kV and the minimum focus size is 5μm. It is mainly suitable for power battery testing in the new energy field, 2D/3D testing of industrial parts, and 3C battery testing, BGA testing, IGBT testing, etc. in the electronics industry.
