Libra15UINE is an integrated micro-focus ray tube completely independently developed and designed by Yirui. The maximum voltage is 150kV and the minimum focus size is 5μm. It is mainly suitable for power battery testing in the new energy field, 2D/3D testing of industrial parts and IGBT testing in the electronics industry.
