Libra18UINE is an integrated micro-focus ray tube completely independently developed and designed by Yirui. The maximum voltage is 180kV and the minimum focus size is 7μm. It is suitable for the inspection of new energy batteries with more layers and thicker thickness, as well as 2D/3D inspection of industrial parts and precision CT inspection in the electronics industry.
